Refund policy
At STEL, we take pride in creating pieces we want you to love! Due to the handmade nature of some of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections. We believe this is one of the unique things about owning a handcrafted item.
All of our personalized items are made to order and are final sale.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products or if there is an issue with your order, please email us at info@stelgal.com and we will try to make it right!
Returns
For non-personalized items that have not been used and are in original condition, we would be happy to process a refund for you. Please email info@stelgal.com within 7 days of delivery date and we will email you a shipping label to return your item. Item must be shipped (dropped off at USPS) within 7 days of receiving the return label. Please note, we charge a $12 flat return fee for domestic orders, which includes the shipping label. This return fee is deducted from your refund amount and the remaining refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
For non-personalized items that have not been used and are in original condition, we would be happy to process an exchange for you for an item/items that are of equal or more value. Please email info@stelgal.com to see if your item is eligible and/or to process the exchange within 7 days from delivery date. Item must be shipped to us and kindly provide us with the tracking number. Once we receive the item, we will send you your preferred exchanged item at no cost to you.
*NOTE: At this time we do not allow returns or exchanges for international orders.
